Warranty & Returns

Bond Heart is currently pre-launch. The policy below describes how our warranty and returns will work once the product is available. Final terms will be confirmed at the time of purchase and with your order confirmation.

Limited warranty

We warrant that Bond Heart will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If a defect appears within this period, we will repair or replace the product, or provide a refund, at our discretion.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the pendant, case, or charging components.
• Hardware that fails to function as intended under normal use.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions or unauthorized repairs.
• Cosmetic wear, including scratches, that does not affect function.
• Products not purchased from Bond Heart or an authorized channel.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your Bond Heart, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging where possible.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, engraved or custom items, and items damaged through misuse, may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be made clear before you purchase.

How to start a claim or return

Email us at hello@bondheart.com with your order number and a short description (and photos, for warranty claims). We will reply with next steps and a return address.

Refunds and shipping

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
