Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Bond Heart website (the “Site”) operated by Bond Heart Inc. (“Bond Heart”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to join our waitlist or otherwise submit information through the Site.

Waitlist and pre-launch

Bond Heart is currently pre-launch. Joining the waitlist means you would like to be notified about our upcoming Kickstarter campaign and launch. It is not an order, a reservation, or a purchase, and it does not obligate you to buy anything or us to sell anything. Product details, specifications, pricing, and availability are not final and may change.

Orders and pricing

When purchasing becomes available, additional sale terms may apply and will be presented at checkout. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change, and we may correct errors or cancel orders affected by an obvious mistake.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, product renders, and designs — are owned by Bond Heart or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Submit false information or someone else’s details without permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Site.
